The Seyyida is an elegant 17-room boutique hotel located in the heart of the World Heritage Site of Stonetown - Zanzibar. The hotel is situated next to the Palace Museum - formerly the residence of the Zanzibari Royal Family - and is just a short walk from the most celebrated Stonetown monuments such as the Forodhani Garden, House of Wonder and the Old Fort.

Deluxe Standard Room
These cozy rooms offer 26 sq. metres rooms of Seyyida’s charm, situated on the part of the hotel is in close proximity to the Palace Museum, the former residence of the Zanzibar royal family.
Deluxe Balcony With Street View
These rooms occupy the front of the hotel, each with 38 sq. metres of living space, and offer a unique opportunity to observe the constant stream of passers by below.

Deluxe Courtyard View
All rooms cover 37 sq. metres, overlooking the courtyard garden. These rooms are located in the middle of the hotel and seem to exude their own serenity.

Deluxe Mezzanine with Terrace View
This room, the only one in its category offers panoramic view of the Indian Ocean. Its 60 sq. metres in area below are the living room and bathroom with the bedroom on the top floor, which offers private access to the Terrace Restaurant.

Family Suite
This Family Suite features an open-concept design with ample living space. It has a bathroom with a tub. Located on the ground floor, the Family Suite is accessible through the courtyard.

Balcony Seaview Rooms
With a sublime view of the Indian Ocean next to a former royal residence, these rooms are located towards the rear of the hotel and have a private balcony both on the second and third floors.
