The compactly designed rooms are located in our main building and thus provide direct access to our 1,000 square metre Rosenpark Spa via lifts. The rooms were freshly renovated in 2017, so that modern design, light wallpaper and colour tones as well as high-quality textiles create a homely atmosphere. The superior single rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi, a comfortable armchair with side table, coffee maker and kettle, a workstation with telephone and a large mirror.

Deluxe Single

In our deluxe single room you will find the perfect place to escape from everyday life. Here, it`s all about pure rest and relaxation, especially for solo travellers, wellness guests or outdoor activists.
With a size of 33 - 46 square metres, our modern deluxe single rooms impress with plenty of space and great comfort. Each room is individually divided and features a large bathroom, a cosy sofa and sometimes an additional armchair. Large wardrobes provide sufficient storage space and all rooms have their own balcony. Another highlight is the direct access to our Rosenpark Spa, so that our wellness guests in particular will feel very comfortable in these rooms. Spacious double rooms, most of which have their own balcony and a small sofa as well as a bathroom with a ground-level shower. The rooms do not have air conditioning like our Superior double rooms, for example. In addition to a comfortable seating area, flat screen with infotainment and free Wi-Fi, the rooms are also equipped with a workstation with telephone. In the bathrooms, the modern equipment such as an illuminated vanity mirror, large bathroom radiators for your towels or the Eco-Spa line by Anyah are particularly impressive. You can easily reach our Rosenpark Spa with spacious, free changing rooms via the inner courtyard or the underground car park.

Our Superior double rooms are smaller than our Comfort double rooms, but equipped with air conditioning. For families with several children and holidaymakers planning a longer stay
Are you planning a longer stay in Marburg? Do you need a lot of space and storage room? Then we recommend our spacious flats.
The living and sleeping areas are separate from each other in the rooms, which are up to 68 square metres in size. The living area can easily accommodate another extra bed or alternatively a sofa bed for additional cosy sleeping options. In contrast to our studio, here you benefit from a large dining area that can seat up to four people and a sofa with coffee table and armchair in the living area. With the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped as desired (pots, pans, cutlery, washing-up liquid, dryer sheets, etc.) with two hotplates, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, you are self-sufficient and not tied to any fixed meal times. Whether high chair, nappy pail, bathrobe and slippers for the children or age-appropriate toys: Families with (small) children can feel at home with us and at the same time find relaxation and distance from everyday life. The spacious, comfortable flat suites with balcony have a separate living and sleeping area. The spacious living room with comfortable sofa, a large dining area and kitchen offer maximum comfort for a holiday in the fairytale city of Marburg. Two of our flat suites do not have air conditioning, but they do have a large roof terrace. In this room category, you have the option of adding a sofa bed or extra bed to provide additional sleeping facilities. In some flats you benefit from a dressing room, in all flat suites from large wardrobes for extra storage space. Our kitchens are fully equipped on request (pots, pans, cutlery, washing-up liquid, dry towels, etc.), so you always have the choice of cooking for yourself, ordering our room service or dining comfortably in our two restaurants. Some of the suites are located in our main building, giving you direct access to our 1,000 square metre wellness area, meeting rooms, restaurants and bar. In all other suites, you benefit from a balcony with the opportunity to enjoy the view of the Lahn. The spacious and modern living area with writing as well as dining table is separated from the spacious sleeping area with comfortable bed and additional TV. In most suites you benefit from a dressing room, in all rooms large wardrobes provide sufficient storage space. Help yourself to the extended minibar, make yourself comfortable on the cosy sofa and enjoy our large suites with up to 55 square metres. If desired, we provide additional cosy sleeping options by adding an extra bed or a sofa bed.
