Rooms & Suites
Cosy luxury and state-of-the-art comfort – no less than that is what you can expect in the 38 rooms and suites of LANDHAUS STRICKER. If you feel “at home” in our property, we can give you the feeling that you don’t have to do without anything and we fully meet your holiday wishes, we have done many things right.
That’s our goal and maybe the reason for the fact that most of our guests have been returning time and again to Landhaus over the years.
From the king size suite to the single room – it’s your choice. Our property is as individual as your demands so that you feel perfectly well on Germany’s most beautiful island. Our rooms and suites in country-house style are mostly provided with a balcony or terrace and dispose of a smart TV, Blu-ray player, telephone, safe, minibar, W-LAN and – for your very private coffee breaks – a Lavazza coffee machine.

Warm colours in all rooms and suites provide the them sun and warmth even if the weather god occasionally seems to have forgotten Sylt. This happens, however, only very rarely. By the way: Landhaus has seven single rooms, ten double rooms, four junior suites, two junior suites in maisonette style, nine Landhaus suites in maisonette style and six king size suites, partly with two bedrooms. Five of the king size suites are also designed in the maisonette style.

Rooms and suites

Double rooms
The generous double rooms (ca.30-35m²) in a bright, modern design with exclusive furnishings and many amenities, are exactly tuned to your needs. Every room has, amongst other things, a comfortable seating area. Two double rooms are barrier-free, with wide doors and a wheelchair-accessible shower.
Single rooms
In our spacious single rooms (ca. 25 m²) the first eyecatcher is the cosy and generous bunk bed. Warm colours and high-quality materials create an atmosphere of wellbeing.

Junior Suites
The junior suites (ca. 40m²) offer a generous, combined living and sleeping area and a separate bathroom. The child-friendly room provides space for a cot.
All junior suites have a nice terrace with wicker beach chair and a view of the park.

Junior Country House Suite
The nice junior suites in maisonette style (ca. 50m²) offer a comfortable living space and the bathroom on the lower floor of the suite; a staircase takes you to the cosy sleeping area under the roof.

Country House Suite
The Landhaus Suites in a maisonette style are slightly different in size (between 55 and 65 m²) and are on the upper floor of the property. On the lower level of the suites, guests can enjoy the living area and bathroom whilst the upper floor hosts the beautiful sleeping room. A television and music system provides for television and music enjoyment on a high level.

King Size Suite
An ambience to dream: high-quality fabrics and lots of love for details determine the special charm of our king size suites (ca. 65 to 80 m²) in a modern country-house style. Two levels invite you to a luxurious stay. On one level you will find the living room and bathroom and a staircase takes you to the sleeping area with one or two sleeping rooms. A television and music system provide for entertainment in the suite with your very personal favourite music or you create your own cinema atmosphere.
Only one of our king size suites is on the ground floor and offers the above comfort with only one sleeping room generously distributed over one level.

Bodendorf’s Gourmet Restaurant
Where 18 Gault Millau points meet four sparkling Varta Diamonds and are illuminated by a heavenly Michelin star, you will find the Sylt starred restaurant BODENDORF`S.
Relais & Châteaux Grand Chef Holger Bodendorf and his team are conjuring up an atmosphere in which you can enjoy different delights in a wonderfully relaxed manner. In the small, stylish starred restaurant BODENDORF`S the “Chef of the Year 2018” sets southern French accents in the kitchen, which is served in the modern Mediterranean inspired atmosphere. You can look forward to a culinary journey of an exceptional quality. The expert and creative recommendations of the sommelier underline the sequence of the menu in an outstanding manner

Maybe you start with a fine aperitif at the bar? Or a glass of vintage champagne or a creative cocktail – this is the prelude to a relaxed dinner. And this should fully meet your wishes as far as our goals are concerned.
A large selection of exquisite spirits from all over the world are available and set the tune perfectly for our international cuisine. The SIEBZEHN84 is a centre of attraction for all guests on the island and is still considered to be “the” tip for grand cuisine amongst all the locals.
Our Relais & Châteaux Grand Chef, who was recently crowned as “Chef of the Year 2018”, pampers you with great dishes. Enjoyment must not be limited to the evening hours but can already be experienced at breakfast or lunch. That’s an integral part of the concept. In this way you can spend an entire delightful day at the SIEBZEHN84 which can be harmoniously concluded with a digestif at the bar. Just try it out.

Welcome to the new wellness dimension ...
Forget everything you are normally used to in terms of wellness and spa in hotels. Our new concept is simply “different”. Our new Wellness Lounge can rather be compared to an exclusive, huge living room. A large tunnel fireplace separates the two saunas and the steam bath from our generously spaced relaxation zone, which is rather reminiscent of a beach cabana with its large loungers and cosy armchairs.
From the lounge area it takes only a few steps to meet all your fitness wishes. And if you are really “exhausted”, there is a welcome refreshment at the small bar of our “Club”. In the cosy sitting area you have then the possibility to get your pulse down to normal frequency.
A dip in the large pool provides cooling after the sauna or sports.
Last but not least: In two quiet treatment rooms you can also book relaxing cosmetics treatments subject to appointment.
